A travel assistant made of specialist AI agents: a concierge, plus agents that can change flights, change hotels, and issue refunds. After every message from the customer, something decides whether the conversation stays where it is or moves. Hand off too easily and the customer is passed back and forth. Hand off too reluctantly and the hotel agent ends up handling a refund it has no way to issue. Jev reads each message, and one number in your code sets how clear the win must be before a handoff.
Drag the handoff margin to zero: turn 4 ("what time is check-in?") goes to hotels and turn 5 sends it back. Drag it past 0.20: the duplicate-deposit refund on turn 8 stays with the hotel agent. The whole path is recomputed live.
The numbers are illustrative, not measured. About 0.25s per Jev call. Routing by model is a different problem, covered in 06 · Picking the right brain. ← 13 · The foreman · Next: 15 · Write, judge, rewrite →
